In Government, you are supposed to be concerned about the “big picture”. This is understandable because policies usually affect large populations. But this does not mean little things are unimportant. In fact, it is often individual incidents that make an impression. And so it was during my visit to Pasir Ris Primary School where I was cheered by many little things.
