This is going to be a build on a 2000 Honda TRX 400EX for my 16 year old daughter who has decided that she wants to race our new local XC series www.sccsracing.com. She will be racing whatever we can get our hands on for the first three rounds and will pick up the rest of the season after the break on this build. I'm excited to have her want to get into racing.

I should have started taking pictures sooner before I took it apart, but didn't. So here is what I have so far and will keep you posted as the progression develops. This quad was bought for $600.00, but should have cost about 1/2 of that because of the condition it was in. Just about every bolt is lost or stripped and the swing-arm pivot bolt had to be torched out of the swing-arm to get it out of the frame and then drilled out of the cases.
