Yeah i have a bit of a dilemma. I just got a new iPhone, and downloaded PAS but it never gave me the chance to log into my old account. I dont know how to get the login screen up. My in-game name is Prometheus.

Hi Danny! No problem, should be an easy fix! Go to the "Profile" tab, press "Change Name," and just type in old name and password. That should log you in.

Thank you. I tried that, but all i keep getting is "The name is already in use or invalid password" And im sure the password im using is correct.

PS;

I searched for my other character on the social tab, And i'm definitely still there. Normally i wouldnt be so concerned, and would start again. But, i was quite a high level and had some kick ass spells.

Thank you Tatiana, but dont worry too much now. I have started a new character, and got quite far. Got all my old spells back and more. So, thank you for your assistance but i'll just carry on with my new guy. I have my old name pretty much anyway. Used to be Prometheus, Now it's Pr0metheus   Plus saves a lot of trouble for your tech guys. I would reccomend that as part of an update though, some way of retriving characters

Hi, I'll list some tech issues I ran by, I'm pretty sure some have been posted in the past but it seems that the forums changed so I may end up being redundant, but anyway:

1) When completing missions while moving (especially when moving fast, i.e. on public transport or by car) it sometimes happens to complete a whole different mission than the one selected. Some other times, the correct mission is completed and the correct rewards granted, but a completion text from another mission is displayed instead. This also seem to work the other way around: sometimes another type of mission is completed, but the completion dialogue from the correct mission is displayed.

2) The location does not always update in real time - I can understand this is to be expected while moving extremely fast - for example while driving on a highway - (no I don't play while driving, I merely monitor the location via the built in GPS) but it feels odd when walking. Most of the time even moving a block forces me to restart the app in order for the location to update. This SEEM to be somehow reliant on the protocol you are currently using to connect - 3G or EDGE - AND to the area as well, but I'm no techie so it's just speculation. However,

3) I am 100% sure that being underground or on high skyscrapers screws the location enormously and makes it "flash" from a place to another. I suppose this is due to the signal getting disrupted and not an issue limited to Paranormal Activity, though I'll still list it just in case.

4) My understanding from the official announcements is that the Porta Magica missions should be located near specific churches. This is not the case; in fact, they are swarming the whole city and they seem more common than any other mission! I'm pretty sure this is not intended, given how the impact of having Porta Magica missions everywhere can harm the gameplay.

Besides not remembering my password, i have this issue where i cannot message or friend request certain people.  Can you not message people on the opposing side?  Either way i have a friend on my list already and we were both demonologists and messaged each other just fine and now it seems that i cannot message him (not sure if it's because i became possessed fairly recently).  When i compose a message to him or even other players i click send and a loading pentagram icon appears and then disappears but the dialogue box is there there as if the messages didn't send.  All i can do is click send again when same results or X the box out.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or you cannot communicate with opposite faction even if they are already on your friend list.
