Ok. So, My Mother`s husband was given a older model computer with
the system running Windows XP Home Premium from the University here,
since the University has upgraded all their technology.(Most Gov. Business`s here when they upgrade just away their old equipment.) The computer
has a password on it. I can`t get by it. I have tried many, many things.
I`ve also looked on multiple websites to try and bypass this. Usually, on
other older computers, I just put it into safe made and it lets me change or
take off the Admin password. But, this computer will not let me put it into safe mode.
And once I get to the password screen it let`s me change the first one by punching
in 10-zeros. After I do this another boot up kicks in and brings me back to the
same password screen. But, now it has two Login Accounts needing 2 different Pw`s.

I`m stumped. And I figured you three Savvy guys would be able to give me and idea or let me know what to do.

Sphanks.

I've never heard of not being able to go into Safe Mode

I'm usually good at stuff like this but that's an unusual case

Check out/read these and see if anything helps
