from Autorun.inf <--- virus file
Problem:
Most of the threats now a days spread through the autorun.inf file or use this file to spread . Most of the virus creates an Autorun.inf file which contains the path/location of the actual virus in root of each drive and when you double click the drive to open the virus also gets active by the help of that Autorun.inf file present in the root of each drive.
Work Around:
You can stop this by creating a folder named autorun.inf in root of every drive so that virus will be unable to create a file autorun.inf in each drive's root .
You can create this autorun.inf folder in root of your pendrive/thumbdrive so that no virus can use this file to transfer through pen drive |

How to use keepvid.com
1. goto source website of downloadable material [youtube.com]
2. goto keepvid.com tab [see pic]
3. paste youtube.com address of video to the link text box [red highlight square in pic]
4. click "Download" [lime green highlight square in pic]
5. wait for a few moments... video downloadable formats will appear [violet highlight square in pic]
6. choose what format to download and click on it
[choose higher resolution = better quality = longer download time]
7. wait for download to finish... done  |
