We are beneficiaries of AAU and their generous supporters.  Without them, we might not be alive today and living the good life with our adoptive family.    AAU needs your help and support to continue saving animals from shelters and finding them furever homes.  Here's how you can help:

■ Monetary donations are needed for medical, boarding and other expenses.  Donations can be made via Paypal at http://angelsrescue.org/ toward the bottom of the page.  You DO NOT need a Paypal account to donate through Paypal.  You can use your credit card.  Paypal is simply acting as the payment gateway.

■ You may also mail a check or money order to AAU.  The address is on the How You Can Help page.

■ Adopt a rescue instead of buying a pet from a shop.  Many puppies and kittens at shops are bred in mills ... operations where females are bred over and over to produce litters without regard to the well-being of mothers and pups/kittens, and in conditions that are often horrid.

■ Not sure about adopting yet?  Do a Foster to Adopt so you and the potential adoptee have a chance to get to know each other before you make it official.

■ Foster a rescue.  For every rescue that is fostered, another can be saved from a shelter.  There is a limited amount of boarding space, which must be paid for.  Fostering can be very rewarding for you and your family.

■ Remember that Adopting or Fostering saves TWO lives ... the one you adopt/foster and the one who can now be rescued from a shelter because you adopted or foster.

■ Volunteer with AAU.  AAU is always looking for volunteers to help with/at events, transportation, and more.  Just a little of your time can mean so much to these animals and help save a life.
