 OFFLINE | OK ladies the days are getting longer and the weather warmer so you know what that means.. summer is coming!! Now is the time to blow the dust of the exercise equipment, take the clothes off of the treadmill and get to moving. I'm just as guilty as everyone about exercise. I am good at starting but my motivation goes out the window. We have to keep each other motivated. I purpose everyone who wants to do this start posting daily exercise. What you did & how long? No one is going to boo if you fall off the wagon or decide to take a few easy days. It more of a way to encourage each other so we can all shrink our pants and make us sleeker, sexier, healthier sisters. What do you think? Anyone want to join me? Whatever your reason we want to help encourage & support each other to whatever fitness & health goals each one of us sets for ourselves. |
