How Much Sugar is in What You Eat?

It's funny, we know there's sugar in what we eat and drink, but really seeing how many cubes of sugar it actually is, makes it a lot more real. You'll be amazed at how much sugar some very regular and innocent looking items contain. However, it's important to remember that not all sugar is bad for us, and we do need a certain amount. Just don't go overboard!

You can calculate the actual amount of sugar if you remember that a sugar cube is about 2.3 grams (0.8 ounces) of sugar.
