cut open sopaipilla,spread refried beans on bottom half,add a ladle of green chiile,ground beef,lettuce,shredded cheese,diced tomatoes,diced onion,spread guacamole on the top inside half,close and add a ladle of green chile,shredded cheddar and a scoop of sour cream on top,that's how we did it a Kachina Kitchen in Flagstaff,AZ |
