here is the thing i keep getting into loading freezes as in the loading NEVER ends and when that happens everytime i log in it goes to the loading screen and the same thing over and over again
an endless loop
this is the 5th time this happened
first time i waited for the server maintenance and it worked then got stuck on the loading of another location
then i decided to start over with a new account after deleting and re-installing also happened
then again and again 5 times by 3 different accounts losing progress and i have items that are gonna expire in about 5 and half days and nobody is helping me
i talked to aeria and they told me to contact joymax i sent them an email and they didnt reply
please help me
i have re-downloaded  re-installed  alot of times
please help me
is there something i can do something i can download anything to make it work please help me
