OFFLINE | If someone(like me) still needs the quest, here is how you do it:
In the area, near to the Vikemon, there is a Lava Waterfall. You can go up there on the right side of it and on the top of the Waterfall, you'll see a penguin in the lava(I'm not kidding). There you have to use the water.
