 OFFLINE | Hi I am having trouble with my speed and distance freezing after about 1-2 hours of riding my bike!
I have tried stopping to see if it comes back, I have tried stopping the record and starting again but no luck. I have ended up switching the device off then restarting! not good for recording a long ride!
Anyone got any ideas? |

We haven't had many emails to support saying they have freezing problems. Can you provide more details as in what conditions this happened? such as connecting to cadence sensor? heart rate monitor? riding in the rain? at certain temperature? It might us to simulate the situation. Meanwhile, we will go for a test to see what might be the problem. |
