3 Cups crumbled corn bread
3 cups crumbled french bread
1 7 oz. can cream-style corn
2 cups chopped green chili
1 tbls snipped cilantro
1 egg beaten
1 4 & 1/2 oz can chopped ripe olives (optional)
3/4 c. shredded cojack cheese
1/2 c each, chopped green onion & sweet bell pepper
Combine corn, chili peppers, cilantro, egg, olives, & sweet pepper & onion. Add the corn bread & french bread. Use chicken or turkey broth to moisten if you like. Stuffs up to a 10 lb. turkey, or bake in ungreased pan at 325 for 45 mins. covered. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 more mins. to brown the top.
I even make this as a leftover with chicken, turkey or ham in it!! Great with a green chili gravy over it.. I cheat and use a mix, add a lil cream and some green chili's I process in my blender!!
