It grows slowly. I think it will take time to go to 600+.
I think you can average if price goes low. To my observation its lower limit is 500 and higher limit is 650. It may cross 600 at the end of this month if market is stable. You can make nettting to loss your cover. I have made a separate thread on it, Here is the link:

It may go to 650+ at the end of February. But as its fundamental is weak it will suffer you to go to your expected price.

I observed that it fluctuates 5% in every trading day. You may go for netting to cover your loss. Please go to the link for details:

Yes, commission is applicable for each and every buy/sell. Choose the stocks whose price fluctuate at least 5% everyday, then you have 4% profit . ( (.50% for buy and .50% for  sell)
