Sour Cream Relish

1 pt. sour cream or sour half and half
1 or 2 roasted green chiles. chopped
1 medium onion,finely chopped
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Mix all the ingredients together.
Chill several hours.
Serve as a relish or dip.
Great for get to gathers with family and friends.. Won't be any left!!
