From someone who used to be a perfect “10”, I too feel for the guy.  A couple illnesses that destroyed my thyroid and my general health have taken that away from me.  Yet I am still the intelligent, loving, spiritual human being that I was when I was that “10”.  Maybe even more so now that I have experienced what I have.   And my weight gain has very little to do with healthy / unhealthy eating ...

A man I adore said to me when I complained, “You’re still beautiful YOU.”
