Soaps. This is a simple question. Do you make your own soaps, stock up on soaps or what.


Personally, my family stocks up, but we save all those little slivers of soaps placing them in an old coffee can. After the can gets full we shave them placing the shavings over an open flame melting it into a mush. blending it with one of those submersible mixers, pouring the mixture into molds let them cool and wha-la new bars of bath soap ready to use.

I am hoping to get into actually making soap from scratch by next year.
