Not sure why exactly, but I have a history of being sick on Christmas Day. Well that history hasn't changed, accept for this year, at least it didn't come on until most of the day's activities were over with. So I guess there's some bittersweetness in that. Otherwise, my Christmas was great!

It sucked. My own fault I guess. My expectations were too high. I had ASSumed that since I had someone to share it with it would be wonderful. Yeah, well.... NOT!

My Christmas was OK, was a little tough but made it though. the kids made out decent, I got myself a few things along the way, and of course my daughter got me some make up and my Mom got me a hooded bathrobe, now I can keep me head warm in the morning when I get up !

Santa still hasn't left a man under the tree for me ! (sigh)

Sorry to hear about those that had it tough also, it does seem that the holidays can be had for a lot of people, (((((HUGS))))) to everyone who needs them and also to those that don't !

(((HUGS))) make most things better !

Holidays are tough when you have lost someone recently. My oldest brother passed 2 years ago Christmas eve so I know the feeling.  Hugs to those who had a bad day.

All good here. Got up yesterday morning, opened the immediate family gifts, then drove into the foothills for dinner at the wife's sisters house. The bad news today, I have to work. The good news is, for the past month the company set me up to work out of the house, so I have my own office, HD TV and puter. The work computer blocks me from lots of websites tho, including facebook. The good news is, i have an Android....and know how to use it!

I had a wonderful Christmas this year! Lew played Santa and passed out the presents, My boy got the snow shovel he's been asking for..(for Scout Snow Day) LOL..I should have taken a picture of his face when he opened it...hhehehe
My four kids got together, pooled their money, and bought me a very nice Shiatsu Massage Pillow! Damn! That thing is AWESOME!
and my man did most of the cooking, a very good cook, and he even cleans up afterwards!
I think I found the right guy for me this time...he treats me like a goddess.
I feel for those that had a horrible Christmas this year. Loosing someone is so painful and confusing. Big Healing Hugs to all those suffering, May happiness and peace find you soon.

As i am the only female in the house with 5 boys...i spent mine in the kitchen!!!My youngest is 17 and oldest 24. I only seen them at dinner time, throughout the past 3 days, and had the nerves to text me from upstairs to ask if dinner is done!!!! So this next x-mas i will be very selfish and go away and have myself some fun!!!!!!!!

It Was Amazing, I spent all of it with my kids while we visited various relatives where we exchanged gifts and ate rich foods.  The most important part of Christmas is being with both of my children.
