 OFFLINE | I used to play the game on windows 7 with no problems, but got a new computer with windows 8 and with this game and another it takes forever to load. I have done all the usual stuff: clean the browser, clear out history, clean out the flashplayer, updated the flashplayer, removed the app and downloaded it again, went to the firewall and tried to add it as a safe site (windows 8 does not allow you to do that). Does anyone have any other suggestions? |

How do other applications work?
Please, try increasing the Flash-player cache (in Windows 7 you can do it by right-clicking on Flash - Settings...) |

Support - service advicing people about what they should do after they have caused a backflash. Its common first advice is to cause another backflash and compare sensations.
