Due to a lot of players who are still not familiar with the process when purchasing silk, we have prepared a guide on how to purchase silk in our website.
Please check the HOW TO's guide provided below:
Paysafecard (Premium Silk)
STEP1. Go to Paysafecard website.

STEP2. You can choose your location(country) on the website.
STEP3. You can search selling Point(shop)
You can use Paysafecard in any country except Austria, Germany, Switzerland
A. Login to http://www.joymax.com with your Joymax username and password.
B. Select and click on "Charge" and select Paysafecard on the list
C. Then, choose the amount you want to buy.
D. Enter the paysafecard PIN-Code when asked.
E. Agree the Terms of paysafecard.
F. Click PAY button to finish the transaction.

LevelUP Philippines (Premium Silk)
STEP1. Login to https://my.levelupgames.ph/with your myLU username and password
*If you don't have a myLU account yet, register at
https://my.levelupgames.ph/Login/Login.aspx
Please make sure to register a valid working email address as you will need it to get your Silk.
STEP2. Click on the button "Add Credits" at the navigation bar at the left part of the page.
STEP3. Enter the exact Level Up Card number and PIN in the fields below then click on the "Load Up! Now" button.
STEP4. To convert the amount topped-up, select "Buy SRO ePIN" at the navigation bar at the left side of the page and select the amount of cash you want to convert from the drop-down box (P250 for 50 Silk, P500 for 100 Silk)
STEP5. Click on the "Next" button. Upon successful conversion, a confirmation message will appear.
A. Login to
http://www.joymax.com with your Joymax username and password.
B. Mouse over the "Item Mall" button at the right-most part of the navigation bar at the top part of the page.
C. Select and click on "Silk Charge" which will bring you to the payment options page
D. Select the tab with "Level Up!"
E. Click on the button "Silk Charge by Level Up!"
F. In the fields displayed, enter the exact 16-digit E-pin and the 8-digit serial number *Be careful, your payment will be blocked if you entered the incorrect e-pin or serial number more than 5 times.
G. Read through the User Agreement and click on the box to agree with the terms.
Then click on the button "Make Payment". A confirmation message will appear that you have successfully purchased Silk.
To check the Silk you purchased for your character, simply do the following:
Login to the game with the Joymax account that you used to purchase Silk and/or view your Transaction history.

CashU: (Premium Silk)
1. Login to your account from Joymax online homepage.
2. Choose to charge your account with Silk
3. Choose English language and accept the terms of payment
4. From the payment page choose CashU as your payment method
5. Select the amount you want to charge
6. Confirm on the selected amount and the personal information
7. Enter your CashU account number and password to complete the payment

1. Click on the Go button to go to the PaybyCash order site.
2. Click on the image of the access plan you wish to purchase.
3. Fill in your email address. Click Continue.
4. You will be taken to the PayByCash secure payment site.
5. Select Ultimate Game Card from the Payment Options list and click continue.
6. Follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
7. Once everything is okay, go back to our website to use the PIN-codes to purchase silk.
