Do you think it would have been favorable to the emotional and psychological development of children if the Super Friends cartoons with their Halls Of Justice were written so that the bad guys or villains occasionally won over the good guys or Super Friends?

I do not think it should or would have mattered one way or the other.  In my house, television and games were for entertainment and not something to base "real" life on.  As far as knowing about winning and losing, a child will get that in normal interaction within the family, at school, participating in sports and through life in general.
