OFFLINE | The rules of settlements are not as important/strict as the server rules, but here are some things you should know:
- Any settlement bigger than a hamlet (village, town, city) MUST be open to the public. This doesn't mean that every single structure inside must be public, but that there must be free rights to travel through the settlement, and that there should be some sort of public structure that allows travellers to rest in.
- The owner of the settlement should, and is encouraged to allow other residents to build and expand the settlement. The builder would be granted the control over the building, although the highest control should still remain to the settlement owner.
- It is strongly suggested that public service structures such as farms, hospitals, food storages, etc. be built, and open to the public.
Specific Rules/Knowledges for existing settlements:
Fenemipolis (City):
Buildings such as the farm, University of Fenemipolis, furnace room, city walls, mines, nether portal, marketplace, and the church are all open to the public. Its supplies are open to the public as well, as long as you take and use a reasonable amount. Also, donations of anything is also welcome. |
