 OFFLINE | Hello Samsung, no doubt you provide good service in sending back repairs handphone to customers , but the faults still come back. The battery indicator is not working when my Samsung I9003 is being swithched off. I called the service hotline and asked me to bring it back for service again. Hello, how many times you want me to bring back and what the point if the problem still persists? It is very troublesome nowdays to be without a handphone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

OFFLINE | I understand your frustration but I wonder if they offer to loan temp. handphone till your phone is ready will you be less angry? I remember Nokia Care Center did that for my friend. |

OFFLINE | Just went to Samsung service centre at Plaza Sing on fri(1st July) to service my SGS2 x 2(my gf one too) cos just got it on 24th june and find tat it drains my battery flat within 6hrs of usage of light use..so wait for 2 days n got it back on 3rd July at 430pm before they close at 5pm,luckily i quickly went down to PS suspecting i will get it on tat day..n they call me at 345pm saying i will get my hp back on the next day n they r shock i already at PS liao lol..so when i got back the hp,the technician says the hp only do a factory setting,didnt replace battery or wat..then ask us to monitor again..cos he suspect that during a software installation,the phone doesnt fully configure(don know is bullshit or wat),so after monitoring a day nw,battery life improve abit maybe i install juice defender?my gf's one says she didnt get any network reception at some pt of the day,keep showing No network n she gonna take out the sim card n wipe it n put it back,so will update here again another few days time n see hw the hp perform,stay tuned guys.. |
