 OFFLINE | It says it has a server connection issue no matter what browser I have tried. It did not do this before the other day after I bought into vip. |

Please, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the game web-page. If it doesn't help, follow other instructions under the game and let us know the results.
How do other applications work?
Have you tried entering the game from another browser?
Have you tried switching your Firewall off and looking in the installed browser add-ons (adons or extensions) for add-ons that block ads and advertising (ad-blocker, adFlash, etc.), and turning them off?
Tools -> Add-ons - in Mozilla, Settings -> Extensions - in Chrome.
