Hello Christine.

Try deleting the game, clearing your browser cache (you can see the instructions in the Help section under the game in the tread Help) and adding the game back. Don't worry, the game won't be reset!
If it doesn't help, try switching off your browser extensions (add-ons) which block ads like 'adflash', 'adblock', etc.

Check your album settings on FB page, it should be public in order for other players to see your photos in the game.

I see a photo frame in your tank #9 without pic. Does it has any pic in it? Did you try to add a different pic and check if your friends can see it?

One thing, if this would help, one of my neighbors has had four heart-shaped frames in one of her tanks for a long time. She has kept 3 of the four photos the same the entire time. I can see those. But she moved one, I think, and/or tried changing one of the photos in the frame to a different photo. As far as I know she did NOTHING different in terms of uploading the new photo into this frame and yet, I was unable to see her new photo. So she ended up going back to the original photo she had in that frame and VIOLA, I could see it again.

Is it possible there is some recent change or fluke in this game that could be causing this? I'm totally baffled.

We recreated this bag and it appeared that the issue is located on FB side. We wrote a letter to FB technical support and now are waiting for them to fix it as soon as possible.
