 OFFLINE | If a computer is used for more then one account, the second account logging in can pick up the access rights of the previously logged in account.
Ie.
1. log in to an account with forum admin access
2. access forum
3. log out , close browser
4. log in with another account without any forum privileges
5. access forum
6. account can have admin privileges
Doing a deep clean of cache may clear up the problem.
