The Bank has further informed that the 12th EGM of the Bank in connection with amendment of some features/clauses of the 20% Convertible Zero Coupon Bond of the Bank will be held on 31.03.2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh (Multipurpose Hall), 160/A, Kakrail, Dhaka. As per regulation 30 of DSE Listing Regulations, the Bank has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on March 24, 2011 at 3:05 p.m. to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Bank for the year ended on December 31, 2010.


RELIANCINS
The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to shift the Registered Office including Share Department of the company to newly acquired office at SPL Western Tower, Level # 5, Space # 503 & 504, 186 Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka-1208.

As per regulation 30 of DSE Listing Regulations, the Company has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 09, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on December 31, 2010.

The Company has further informed that the 11th AGM of the company will now be held on 28.03.2011 instead of 22.03.2011 to comply with section 85(1)(a) of Companies Act, 1994. Other information of the AGM as announced earlier.

The Company has informed that it has signed an "Binanama Agreement" for purchase of total 3.99 acres of land at the cost of Tk. 9.70 crore (excluding of registration fee and other relevant cost) situated at Mowna Bobanipur, Gazipur sadar, Gazipur.
