There...
Apparently she has said she got it right though. Which is dumber though? Palin doing this or Obama signing his name a few days ago and dating in 2008? I dunno. |

OFFLINE | Well, I think the difference is that its safe to imagine that Obama knows its not currently 2008. |

OFFLINE | remember when obama went to all 57 states during his campaign? here are some more of the (as the liberal narrative would suggest) super smart, deep thinking obama.
"On this Memorial Day, as our nation honors its unbroken line of fallen heroes -- and I see many of them in the audience here today -- our sense of patriotism is particularly strong."
"The reforms we seek would bring greater competition, choice, savings and inefficiencies to our health care system."
"The Middle East is obviously an issue that has plagued the region for centuries."
"In case you missed it, this week, there was a tragedy in Kansas. Ten thousand people died -- an entire town destroyed." (12 died)
"What I was suggesting -- you're absolutely right that John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith..."
"UPS and FedEx are doing just fine, right? It's the Post Office that's always having problems." –attempting to make the case for government-run healthcare
such a genius! |

Altho to be fair, most of the alleged bushisms were actually quotes by Dan Quayle and were just re-attributed.... |

OFFLINE | We could but the sad part of this is that most in our nation are woefully ignorant of history. We're taught the easy things in primary and secondary school. Short, concise, abbreviated versions of history are taught because of lack of time, because of short attention span and because of having to get so much other stuff in in one semester. But its rare that we learn things in depth about a subject unless we get a good history professor in college An even then we have to wade through a lot of liberal bias there.
And, since this video was made, many historians have actually said Palin got it right. |

OFFLINE | Wikipedia Hit with Multiple Revisions to Paul Revere's Page
(SAN FRANCISCO) -- The revisionists are coming! The revisionists are coming!
Officials at the website Wikipedia say that since Sarah Palin gave her widely-publicized description of Paul Revere's midnight ride, her supporters have tried to change the Paul Revere page to match the former Alaska governor's version of events.
In describing the famous 1775 ride from Boston to Concord, Palin said in Boston last week that "He who warned, uh, the...the British that they weren't gonna be taking away our arms, uh, by ringing those bells and, um, by making sure that as he's riding his horse through town to send those warning shots and bells that, uh, we were gonna be secure and we were gonna be free...and we were gonna be armed."
On Fox News Sunday, where Palin is a paid contributor, the former Alaska governor insisted she got the facts right, adding, "I didn't mess up. I answered candidly and I know my American history."
Just the same, there has since been information added to Paul Revere's Wikipedia page, including, "Revere did not shout the phrase later attributed to him ('The British are coming!' , largely because the mission depended on secrecy and the countryside was filled with British army patrols; also, most colonial residents at the time considered themselves British as they were all legally British subjects."
This was removed by Wikipedia with the notation, "content not backed by a reliable source." There have been numerous other revisions that have been edited out over the past few days.
One place where Palin's supporters don’t have to worry about having their changes removed is Conservapedia, where Revere is now described as "famous for riding from Boston to Lexington, Massachusetts with William Dawes on the night of April 18, 1775 ringing bells to warn the British that colonists would exercise their natural rights to both bear arms and use them in an effort secede from the United Kingdom in response to Big Government bullying and interfering with Colony's Rights." |

OFFLINE | Yeah, but didn't you know Wikipedia is just a Democratic tool for spreading liberal revisionism? |

OFFLINE | I thought it was Isreal Bissell who made the ride anyway. Revere went what....a couple miles at the most???
Anyway, you can kinda tell Palin was being a smartass with her answer. I guess she should have gotten with our president so they could "calibrate" her words better. |

Nope, just quit being biased and post the falty quips from all political figures and quit trying to make only one side seem less intelligent. |
