 OFFLINE | Well the boys finish off with Phase 1 today.....I hope that they all made the most of it and are ready to moveon up to CP!!!~ I would like to say GOOD LUCK to Plt. 2166 during Phase 2!!!! Make the most of it and remember TEAMWORK!!!! Oorraahhh!!!!!! |

And I'm so glad they all seem to be in good spirits, some of the info on the Recruit Parents website made me nervous when they mentioned how the recruits can be having a really difficult time emotionally, broke my heart to think that they'd be having a horrible time. Luckily that's not the case! So yes, good luck Plt. 2166! Hopefully they'll be good about getting our mail to them, and vise versa! :]] |

OFFLINE | Let's hope they continue with the good work and good attitude going in to CP! Aaron is so pumped up, and excited!  You two ladies will be proud to know that Aaron said they look more like Marines, with their ironed and pressed shirts, sleeves rolled up, top button is undone and their boots are bloused! Only thing missing is the name tapes and the presence of being the elite. Also, while at CP, they will be trained by a SSgt who is a 12 time Expert Marksman and Certified Rifle Instructor!! They could all come out being qualified at Expert, wouldn't that be awesome!

OFFLINE | WOOOHOOOO!!!!~ This is going to be a rough 3 weeks for all of us I think.....Not only for our recruits but for us in that I think our letters are going to slow way down.....I havent gotten a letter all week.....  I am so happy that our Plt is starting to look and FEEL like Marines Brenda!!!! I hope that in itself helps to keep them motivated, pumped up and WANTING THIS!!!!!!! Amanda as far as the emotions......I can only hope that our 3 guys are beyond that point.....I hope that if they do have emotions that they aren't afraid to show them yet at the same time they rely on one another to pick themselves back up......That they have the will and determination to get past all of it....  I hope that they all come out of this able to survive ANYWHERE and able to be EXPERT Marksman!!!! Teamwork is key.......Oorraahh Plt. 2166 |
