1. Can I change my name?
Sorry, you can't change it at this time. We will implement this future soon.

2. How do I upgrade buildings?
Choose the building you wish to upgrade, and then tap the Upgrade icon. During upgrading, Gold and Emerald Mines won't produce resources,and defensive towers won't attack.

3. What is Alcatraz? When is it available?
The Alcatraz is an endless mode with unlimited stages.

You can obtain points here and compete against other players for ranking. Your ranking is determined by the number of cleared stages and killed monsters. Rank list will be reseted every 3 days, and respective Diamond rewards will be sent to your mail. There will be also bonus stage clear rewards. Alcatraz will only be available and open after clearing Stage 18 with 1 Star in Single.

4. What is Energy?
Energy will be spent in Single mode, Alcatraz, World War and other such events.
Specific Energy costs can be found in event details. Energy can be obtained in daily quests, cumulative logins and in other ways. It can also be purchased by using Diamonds.

5. What is a Truce? What are its other uses?
When the Palace is destroyed by the enemy, you will automatically enter a Truce period.
Truces prevent you from being attacked by other players. But once you attack another player, your Truce will be removed.

Truce protection will also lose its effect once its duration ends. You can buy more Truce time in online mode.

6. I just purchased some Diamonds, but I still haven' t received them. What should I do?
Usually most in-game Diamond purchases are received by the player in real time. But sometimes, the response between the payment server provider and our servers may be delayed or have an error.

7. How is Battle Rating calculated?
When you attack other players or you are attacked by others,you will gain or lose Battle Rating which is determined by the battle's outcome. Attack or defense effects determine your Battle Rating. If you defeat an opponent with a Battle Rating higher than yours, you will gain a higher Battle Rating compared to those of a lower Battle Rating opponents.

8. I got disconnected in the game, and lost Battle Rating because of that.
Can I retrieve my Battle Rating?
When you attack other players, if you get disconnected, your real time data will not be uploaded to the server. So even if you see that you have won, this result may not be sent to the server.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Rune Rush's Battle Rating system will not be able to return your Battle Rating and resources under any circumstances. This is because each lost Battle Rating will always be gained by another player, and this will disrupt the ranking. To prevent Battle Rating loss due to disconnects, we suggest you to attack other players with a stable internet connection (preferably Wi-Fi).

9. I am being disconnected sometimes. How do I prevent this?
To reduce such occurrences, please use a reliable ISP that provides a safe and stable connection (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G). You can also close other unused apps before you run the game, since they may consume some bandwidth.

10. Can I restart the game and start over?
You can switch to a new Game Center account in your Apple device to start a new game.
You can also start a new game by switching accounts on your Android device.

11. Can I use multiple Apple devices to login the same game account?
Yes. You can use the same Game Center account on multiple devices to play the game.

12. How does opponent matchmaking in Online is working?
Matchmaking in Online is determined by Battle Rating, and not by EXP levels or Guild.
This means that players with Battle Ratings in similar brackets can attack each other.
We will be more lenient with bracket restrictions, so that you will always find a suitable city to attack.

13. How do I join a Guild?
To join or create a Guild, you must first build a Guild Fortress.
After building one, tap on the Guild Fortress and choose to join or create a Guild. When you have a Guild, you can get Guild Assistance Forces.

14. Why is my Guild Rating lower than the total Battle Rating of all Guild members?
Guild Rating is calculated using a complicated formula that takes all Guild member Battle Ratings into consideration, and is not calculated with mere addition.
This allows fair and reasonable Guild rankings.

15. What are Potions, and how do I use them?
You can unlock the Potion building when your Palace reaches LV 5. Upon completion of the Potion building, you can brew all sorts of potions. These potions can be used in combat by tapping the Potion Bag at the bottom left. Upgrade the Potion building to unlock new potions.

16. How do I view attack replays on my city?
You can view battle replays from your daily log.

17. Why do I not get to share reward?
If you close or quit the game during the sharing, then it can occur that you don
