- BUMP: We allow a maximum of 5 bumps per item, per 24 hour period. DO NOT delete old bumps to try cheat and get extra bumps, only admin is allowed to do this, and they are watching!Please also limit the bumps to 5 items at a time, leaving atleast 10 minutes before further bumps so as not to block the wall up.
- ADMINS: We are not here to serve, we are here to HELP. Demand help and you will be ignored.Ask politely and we will be more than happy to help. But please remember that we all have families and jobs to do outside of the group, so we do not see every request instantly. If you have any Admin Blocked you will not be allowed to trade in our group unless this has been discussed in full with another Admin and agreed upon.
- NO STOCK PHOTOS: When you are selling second hand items, as most are in this group, it is important for the buyer to know exactly what condition the item is in. Therefore we do not allow Stock photos (Ie professional photos pulled from Google).
- NO DUPLICATES: DO NOT repost the same item over and over again, this blocks up our wall and makes it difficult for anyone to find anything. Instead use the search box, top right of the page to search for your name (click the magnifying glass), which gives you a list of every comment you have made. Find your album that way, and Bump it. 5 times max per 24 hour period. If you need help, ask.
- ALBUMS: If you are selling multiple items, then please put them in an Album. Name the album after yourself so that it can be easily found when you need to find the items again. If you need help doing this please ask any of the ADMIN's
- TRADE POSTS: Only Buying / Selling or Swapping posts are allowed. All Other posts will be removed without warning. Missing posts are the only exception, but permission must be gained for these FIRST.
- DELETE WHEN SOLD: When your item is Sold please find your post and delete it. If your item is 'Sold subject to Collection' then please state that on your post, then when money has exchanged hands change it to 'Sold' and delete your item.
- OLD POSTS: Any posts / pictures which have not been bumped or commented on in over 2 weeks will be removed without notice. Therefore if you wish for an item to continue to sell, it must be seen as active.
- DAMAGED GOODS: Anybody who is found to have intentionally sold broken/damaged goods without the buyers prior agreement will be banned immediately.
- HARMFUL OBJECTS: No Guns, No Knifes, No Drugs, No Tobacco, No Alcohol, No Harmful Objects.
- NO FAKE OR ILLEGAL ITEMS: Anyone selling fake designer goods or illegal items Ie Uggs, Barbour Jackets, Paul Boutique Bags/Coats/Purses, Pandora Bracelets etc etc may be banned without warning.
- NO PETS: Strictly no pets, this is not a Pet Shop!
- NO LOANS: People offering you loans, even those via web pages, are doing so illegally. They are called "Loan Sharks", and will charge massive amounts such as borrowing £100 over 12 months at a repayment rate of £5 a week. Sounds good? But that means that you will repay a total of £260!!!! These types of adverts are BANNED in our group.
- OFFERS: Asking for "offers" is not allowed. Please state a price which you hope to sell for in order to prevent hours of people asking "hm".
- PRICES: If you do not like the price which someone is selling an item for, do not buy it! Commenting saying that it is too high, or that you could get it cheaper somewhere else is not acceptable, The seller may charge whatever they please, the buyer can decide if they wish to pay that or not.
- ADULT MATERIALS: Adult toys, X-Rated DVDs and other offensive yet legal materials may be sold, as long as the post is Discreet. No images which may cause offence may be used in the group.
- PAYPAL: If you are a Seller who chooses to use Paypal instead of collect service you MUST send your items "recorded signed for" if your item has a value of £10 or over (only an extra 70p per package). If proof of posting is requested, please send a DIGITAL copy of the receipt. If you are a Buyer who is purchasing an item via Paypal please make sure you request a tracking number for your goods and DO NOT SEND AS 'GIFT' or you will not be able to claim back your money if an issue arises.
- NO POSTAL ORDERS: Postal orders are the same as sending cash in the post. If a seller requests that you send a postal order be wary. Once the postal order arrives, the seller may cash it, if they then do not send your goods then you cannot reclaim your money. Please also be wary of Bank Transfers and certainly avoid Western Union (world wide money transfers).
- POSTING FOR A FRIEND: When you post items on behalf of someone else, the moment you post it you are taking full responsibility for that item and for any problems which arise from its sale. If a problem does arise, it is up to you to fix the issue, or it will be you, and not your friend, who is removed from the group for bad conduct.
- OTHER PEOPLES ADS: If you have an item similar to one already posted, do not comment on that post asking their customers to buy from you instead. This is Stealing trade and is unfair to the seller who has taken the time to list their item. Instead, create your own Ad.
- NETIQUETTE: Please keep your wall posts and comments clean, polite and "Family Friendly". Swearing, crude comments and aggression is unacceptable. KEEP IT OFF OUR WALL!
- CHECK IT!: When collecting an item you have agreed to purchase, check the item and make sure you are happy with it before handing over the money. Once you have given them the money the deal is complete. It is not Admin's role to arrange a refund, especially if you forgot to check the item. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE ITEM IS IN FULL WORKING ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
- ADVERTISING OTHER GROUPS: The advertising of similar groups is banned. If you are unsure about whether your group classes as "similar", check with admin.
- MOBILES: The mobile application does not allow all of the same facilities which you have on the PC. For example you cannot create a photo album or use the search box but the new Timeline feature "Activity Log" is proving to be very useful. If you need help, please ask. We can see that you are using a mobile as it has an icon next to the post.
- IF YOU RECEIVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK MULTIPLE TIMES YOU WILL BE REMOVED AND BANNED FROM THE GROUP.
- REPEAT DISREGARD FOR OUR RULES WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT EXCLUSION FROM OUR GROUP. Members will receive up to 3 warnings before being removed temporarily. Upon return if you continue this disregard for our rules you will be permanently excluded. The More severe the action, the less chances you will be given.
