Team S.O.B. MEMBERS......1). Make sure you read and understad the rules o our website. Reply to them as well so I know you have read them. 2). Do NOT be causing a arguement of fight in anyone elses race league or teamspeak. 3). If you are a S.O.B. member and you see one of our own causing a scene stop them. Or I will give you the same punishment as they get. 4).If you have a proble with someone during a race take it up with an admin NOT the person in teamspeak. I will NOT tolerate being embarrassed by having to go clean up a mess that you caused. If you take it up with one our admins or that leagues admins. If ou come to one of our admins then we cn have a better leg to stand on when addressing the issue. 5). Admins have got to admin things. That means me as well. This is our lleague and no one runs it but us. We have got to start helping each other out more. Last but not least......6). We are going to start lockin down the server at the drivers meeting time. So if anyone misses the drivers meeting from now on they do NOT race that night. To many issues this past race.

Also once you take it to an Admin of either team please do not bring it up again. Let us handle it. No one else needs to discuss it outside of admin chat until it is resolved because arguing over it only makes it worse. Just saying. Thanks Tiff

Remember the "Golden Rule", "Treat others the way way you want to be treated". Oh yeah, and this too might be helpful for some "turn the other cheek". You will gain more respect in this game if you just shut your damn yapper and be the bigger man when someone does you wrong. If you don't believe it, I know first hand that it works. I have been doing this for almost 4yrs now and I think I have won maybe 1 heat race. But there are plenty of racers out there who know who I am. Try it, it might just surprise you.
