Why Lucemon server always went down without any announcement or memo?

I really like the game, NOT because its a really great game, but because i'm from 90's and a fan of digimon, im not saying the game suck really bad, its good, but there are a lot of room for improvements.

Digimon Adventure tri. is coming out, i bet there will be even more player than now, i sincerely hope that by than Digimon Masters Online will be having a break through.
