A good movie but if you're going in expecting something like one of the classics where the apes look human. Then prepare to be disappointed because this is a more 'real' type of thing. Also, I was surprised by the actors that they used for the movie, including Stargate Atlantis's Dr. McKay as the jerkwad in the movie and the key to dooming the human race in more than one way. You'll have to watch at the end. There were a couple of cool moments but otherwise it felt like a 'building up' type of movie for future "Planet of the Apes" movies.

So in the end, I give it a 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.
