I have some issue with a Rider 50
The Rider 50 won't upload tracks or give the list of the installed maps / cards.
It just crashes everytime at +- 80%
Somebody a tip?
A factory reset didn't help
The BB / FM / AP / Manger is all up-to-date |

sorry about late reply. Please send 3 files to support@brytonsport.com
1. right click on BB Daemon icon on lower bar of your working list. Choose "Export Log". A window will pop out and save the log in your computer. Send the zip file to support.
2. When Rider 50 is connected with your pc, from your portable USB drive, you can see BRYTON DVD. Go to thalia > applications > cycling > data. Save "route" and "tracelog" files and send them to support.
