 OFFLINE | A friend bought the 50 riders at my suggestion, but there is a problem.
The device is always with the red LED on but you can not do anything else.
We have tried to reset but nothing happens
advice?

Thanks for your support for Bryton products!
First, can you make sure that your friend used AC adaptor to charge the device? It willt take 4 hours if you use AC adaptor. But it will take 8+ hours if you use USB and you will see red LED since the device is not fully charged.
Please try again. And if you still have problems, please check with your local dealer and see what we can do from there. |
