My rider 50 has crashed, it won't do anything, its turns on but it won't go past the screen its on, the home button or mode button won't do anything, the usb isn't recognised etc etc tried the soft reset but that doesn't change anything. hasn't been right since I updated it last week,  when the screen is on, one of the info squares is highlighted yellow. ever since then its not been behaving right.

what do I do next??
