Today, it is an important day for fBulletin forums because an important feature is out 
Forum admins can reply posts and create new topics as the pages they own.
On the left of "Submit my Topic and Preview" you will see the "Post as my page" option.
If you added your forum as a tab to only one page, you will see a button says "Post as page_name".
If you added your forum to more than one page, then you will see the pages as a list.
You can choose one of them.
Please report bugs.
