If its true, we won't be able to differentiate unless using a mega BL 9~12 at infinite ice... |

As I said, not sure if that's how it's suppose to work. Would need someone with lv 9 BL to fight stuff their level and see what all it does. But I was going by how sometimes when you attack an enemy, you only do about 3% of damage to them when your attack should be doing over 20%. Makes it seem like mobs have Block as well.
Little off topic but personally, I find block kinda pointless. Why get block when you can get evade and dodge the full attack? Even then, AT and CR would be a lot better. You can already kill most bosses with HP G disks, might as well be able to kill them faster.

Some mega; e.g Diabolomon; don't have fast attack speed and are quite F2/skill orientated. These type of digimon have a below average DF which could be a real problem when surrounded by more than 2 Leaders and Leaders are good at critical hits.
Another example is DE type megas, these types normally have above average DF, powerful F2/F3 with low DS comsumption, reasonable attack speed but low in AP. With max BL and EV, this type will shine as a Tanker in Boss battle and even PvP...when they add better drop for bosses(if any) and PvP... |

Can't really say PvP just yet. It's not out yet, and with PvP comes a new combat system.
And yes, they could Tank real well, but when it comes down to it being able to hunt and kill as fast as possible is best as the game is in its current state.
But still, you wouldn't want BL and EV. The EV would just "block out" the BL since it avoids all damage, while BL when it works only shrugs off a certain amount.
So if you want to have decent attack and some defensive capabilities, either AT or CR, and EV or BL.
Still as I said, IMO AT and CR is best. When we can cap them, our Digimon will have close to 50% crit, and will gain 300-400 extra damage. |

OFFLINE | Actually which stats is best is up to the players to decide.
So back on topic. Has the GM or whoever handles the bug support responded yet? The recent patch definitely did not fix the AT on Skills |
