Hello,

I was wondering if it really matters whether you get the Premium Silk or just normal Silk?
Premium Silk is really hard to get, where as regular Silk has much easier payment methods.
They both cost the same; 100 Silk = $10 and 100 Premium Silk = $10

So, could I use regular Silk to make purchases at Cash Shop for mercenary eggs?

Yeah, you can purchase merc eggs with Silk.  I believe the only difference is that items bought with Premium Silk can be traded in-game.

The biggest and most important difference between Silks is:

Premium Silk items: Can be Traded or Sold to other players
Regular Silk items: All items are character bound and cannot be traded or sold.

What Matt said, so basically if you want an item to use for yourself (Extra Storage, Evos) you can just get them with regular silk...
In the other hand, if you are looking to sell in game, you will need to buy it with premium silk

the only thing I would bother paying P. Silk for is eggs and thats only if I was too impatient for them to be released and wanted to pay alot of money for one. Cuz if you get 3 3/5 Impmon Champions theres not much to do with those other 2 but scan em for digicore and for 7 bucks you can get alot more evos than the half of one from scanning a cash egg.

Premium Silk is what you want preferably, but if you're in the same boat as the rest of us North Americans (and whoever else in the world) who can't obtain any presently, just go with normal Silk. Like the people before me have said, it's better to be able to trade the items you don't want / need for some Bits than to have to just throw it away or scan it.
