its a closely held secret, but the secret is the NM red chilie dried and ground red. I can't release my exclusive blend but heres a start 3oz NM red a little cumin 4 tbs paprika 2tbs black pepper 2 tbs garlic powder 1 1/2 cups brown sugar , 3/4 cup kosher salt this.
