Raspberry Green Chile Jam by Shelly Garza

1 pint mashed raspberries
1 quart defrosted Bueno Chopped Green Chili
1 1/2 cup cidered vinegar
6 cups sugar
2 pouches liquid pectin

Combine raspberries, green chiles, vinegar, and sugar in a large sauce pan. Stir together and bring to a rolling boil.

Add pectin and cook for an additional minute. Laddle into pre-processed jars, seal, and water bathe for 20mins.

You can substitute any other berry in place of raspberries. I'm going to be making Oregon Marionberry and Green Chili, and also Oregon Boysenberry and Green Chili jam. Yum!
