If I'm Mistaken do correct me.I was just thinking that better to receive Tactics is to give us the benefit "in the end" or after we done the raid so I think it is better if We apply that tactic like 10% of the remaining Hp meanwhile we can put another "battle use" tactic first?

Also I am of the belief that we can take down a Mr Justice if we went after it. Also is it possible for us to have a few more officers, and thus have less down time between raids?
