 OFFLINE | Hi all,
Please use this thread if you have any questions regarding the ebook and how to use it.
A word of caution though - please do not give away the contents of the book.
Any comments in which the book is copied/pasted in large quantities will be removed and I will contact you directly.
Please note that as it is still in pilot stage, it needs to be a little covert |

OFFLINE | I was also feeling a little lost with just the EBook. It all seems a bit hard to figure out without any real diet/menu examples. Do we need to buy the No Cheating E Book to get the suggested recipes?
Also wondering if we are only able to use products on the shopping list e.g. does this means breads are out??? What about skim milk with coffee? Other cereals? Are Grapes and oranges allowed?
I am feeling very unorganised with no time to have a cooking day pre start date
Thanks in advance for answering all my "silly" questions

OFFLINE | Sorry, just another question of timing of meals. I work on a 3 week rotating roster for work. One week of morning shift start at 4.15am, a week of evenings, Finish up at 11.30pm and then a week off in between with weekend shifts on Fri night, Sat & Sunday. I have a 4 yr old still at home with me so on my week of mornings I am up at 4.10am and try to go to bed around 9pm, on my week of nights I am up at around 7.30am and in bed by midnight and then my week off is normal wake and sleep hrs.
So I probably have more waking hours than most - will this throw out my meal times and have an adverse affect on metabloism rate?????
Thanks Amanda |

Hi Brooke, if you purchased them from nocheating.com.au they should be available for immediate download. Try logging in and then on the right hand side - check the "downloads" tab. They should be there for you. Please let me know if you have no luck. |

OK - so with the shopping list it outlines all of your allowable foods and their types - proteins/carbs/fats etc. The eBooks are not a necessity for the project but are an optional extra if you need help to think of ways you can create your meals.
For each meal it indicates how much of a carb you need, how much protein etc so just cross-reference your proteins (say for example, chicken) with how many g's you need, then the same with carbs/fats etc. The eBooks are not essential at all. My advice is to make a massive wild card of whatever you want - as long as it contains only protein & vegetables and then add in your fats/carbs as needed.
You don't need much time to cook Amanda
Turn on your oven - throw in as much chicken breast and sweet potato as you can fit in there. Steam some vegetables.
You've got all your meals covered instantly, you just add a fat etc to each meal as per the schedule. |

Hi Amanda, there are studies that indicate that shift workers have a greater difficulty losing body fat due to circadian rhythms and other hormonal factors. As mentioned in the ebook though, your meals after M1 should be spaced out as evenly as possible. As long as you're doing this there isn't a problem. |

Hi Colleen - you can grab them on nocheating.com.au - they're not essential though, as per my comments above. |
