On Joymax's website it has a new player support program where for a new character they get an expansion package and merc lvl rewards.

since I only got the iventory +1 and warehouse +1 instead of +7 could I just create another character on any of my accounts and they automatically get the expansion package for that new character or is it a level 10 thing like last time?

And does the Merc level reward have to be for that same new character or just any new Merc that I hatch is eligible? I have 70 elec eggs saved up just waiting to be a 5/5

Edit: Just created a new character on the account I received +1 Inv/Ware for the last event and it was instant but instead of +7 as stated it ONCE AGAIN gave me +1

still want to know if the New merc can be on any character or just the new one
