 OFFLINE | Hi Elissa,
For the cardio - am I correct in reading it this way - 45 sec each exercise (once) done in a circuit. Rest for whichever time then repeat either 2,3 or 4 times - whatever level you are at.
For the strength do we do the 3 sets on each exercise first then move on to the next exercise with 45/60 sec rest inbetween each set?
Thanks

Hi Andrea - spot on with the cardio, but the eBook states that each exercise for the strength training sessions are to be done one after the other. |

OFFLINE | Hi guys - I'm wondering if it would be best to have a few more workouts to choose from so you don't get bored.
Maybe that you follow the ones youre doing now for 3 weeks and then another set for the next 3? |
