OFFLINE | Just finished making double choc, cinnamon & date protein bar - so sticky but very yummy (had to have a taste test) can't wait to eat this tomorrow after my workout! Then made high protein honey & oat muffins for my TD brekkies - Elissa can these be frozen?
Then went on to make the lemon meringue icecream, yummo! I just hope is freezers ok & doesn't taste to icy??
Think I'm ready to start tomorrow - yipee!!

Hey Andrea, thanks for the feedback
The muffins will freeze really well, they're a good meal replacement for TD.
Any ice cream made at home will taste a little icy because we haven't pumped it full of stablisers and preservatives. It's unfortunate but trust me, you learn to love them anyway
There's nothing better than an ice cream that tastes good and helps to get fat off your body, not on it. |
