| A client of ours asked what could be done for Pubic Symphysis syndrome; this link explains what it is, gives a yoga sequence for it, (which we do most of in class) and also some essential oils that might help at the bottom of the page.
The thing to keep in mind with this is to create more engagement by keeping your feet closer together in the standing poses and to hug your legs into the midline of the body (a block between the upper thighs is great for this). And remember to listen to your body and 'opt-out' of any poses that aggravate or cause pain.
