Psalm 130:1-2 NKJV. “Bless the Lord,O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless theLord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits;” What are thesebenefits? He forgives all our iniquities or sins. He heals all yourdiseases. He redeems your life from destruction. He crowns us withlovingkindness and tender mercies. He satisfies our mouth with goodthings. He renews our youth like the eagle's. He executesrighteousness and justice for the oppressed. He makes His ways knownto you. He gives you His grace and mercy in times of need.
