OFFLINE | Let me get this correct. You have 2 dvc subs and each coils are 2 ohms each. How did you wire them? What is the load you are sending to the amp? What kind of amp do you have and is it able to support the load you have set up? |

OFFLINE | You should check and see what voltage your alternator is putting to the battery when the vehicle is running. It may be over charging and sending to much voltage to the amp thus sending it in to protect. |

OFFLINE | If your alt was overcharging from a regulator problem then the electric in your car would fry at a certain point. Im thinking you wired your subs wrong. are you running a P1000-1bd or a T1000-1bdcp? make sure you have the right impedance at the amp. are you checking your voltage at the amp with car off and on? |
................ JL Slash 500/1 v2
RF P400-4
JL 10w7
JL H.O Box
RF T2652-S
All RF wiring.

its a t1000-1bdcp and will give 10000rms at 2 oh,maybe the amp doesnt like it when i set both subs at 2 ohm on A and B exit maybe i have to connect them in series at 2 ohm? and put it in one exit ? the reason that i connect them separate is because i have 2 boxes when i connect one sub there,s no problem when i connect them both the amp is going in protection?
The voltage is 12 (car off)and 14 volt (car on) |

OFFLINE | so each sub is wired in series then u have one hooked to the a one one hooked to the b?
or each sub is in parallel with one on a and one on b |

OFFLINE | if u have 2 dual 2 ohms in parallel then ur getting .5 on the amp, unless they are dual 4 then ud be getting 1 ohm final load
and both subs work ones not blown? |

the subs are ok when i connect them separete on the amp there,s no problem i even get more power out of the sub but when i connect them both the amp goes in protection...(with the engine on)

OFFLINE | the subs are both connected on the amp btw not in series thats because i had not enough room for one big box so the amp gets 2 times 2 ohm |
